Watch return within 3 months

By using this extended return period, you are exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase contract. We have made the whole process as simple as possible for you - just follow the instructions below.

1. Returning a watch from an online order

We understand that you may have received a watch as a gift and need a longer period to hand it over or compare it. With us, you have 3 months (or 90 days) from the date of purchase to return or exchange your watch, so there is no need to worry about missing the classic 14-day legal period.

⚠️ The condition is that the watch is returned unworn, i.e. without any signs of use. If the watch shows signs of use, we cannot refund its full price. In such a case, the amount will be reduced by the costs of restoring the watch to its original condition, or by the difference in its market value. We assess each case individually.

How to exchange or return a watch?

    1. Watches can be returned in person at our store.
    2. Of course, you can also return the watch by regular mail. Ideally, pack the watch in its original packaging so that it arrives undamaged. We recommend insuring the shipment. Please include the warranty card and order number, which you can find on the invoice, in the shipment. Then fill out the online form (select "I want to return the goods"):

Withdrawal from the contract

Both deadlines have their own specifics:

1.1. Returns and exchanges within the legal period of 0-14 days:

  • We will refund your money (according to the conditions above)
  • Alternatively, you can exchange your watch for a different model. If you exchange for a more expensive model, you can pay the difference. If you exchange for a cheaper model, we will refund the excess payment or issue a voucher with a one-year validity in the given value.
  • It is also possible to have a voucher issued for a given amount (again according to the conditions above).

1.2. Returns and exchanges within the standard period of 15-90 days:

  • The return conditions are listed above.
  • ⚠️ We do not accept returns of watches with signs of wear. Return of worn goods is exceptionally possible only for minor signs of wear (e.g. slight hairline cracks on the buckle or case). For more severe damage (scratches, impacts) return is not possible within this period.
  • ⚠️ We reserve the right to individually assess their condition and make a sole decision as to whether the goods are eligible for return.

Solution for withdrawal from the contract:

  • Exchange for another model (with additional payment or refund of the overpayment in the form of a voucher)
  • Issuance of a voucher in the value of the watch with a validity of 1 year
  • Or refund of money to the account (under the above conditions)

Note: The terms and conditions for returning online orders also apply to other orders placed remotely (e.g. by phone), as well as to orders placed remotely with the "in-person in-store" pickup method.

 

2. ⚠️ Returning watches purchased in store

We can also exchange watches purchased at the store (Dukelských hrdinů 3, Prague 7) for another model upon agreement. Alternatively, it is possible to return the watch in exchange for a voucher worth the price of the watch, valid for one year.

  • We do not refund cash in this case.
  • Only unworn watches without any signs of damage can be returned - see conditions above.
