If your watch is not working properly, please do not hesitate to contact us (by phone: 252 252 309). We will advise you whether this is a reason for a complaint.
There are two ways to handle the complaint. You can either bring the watch to our store in Prague (Holešovice store) and we will handle the complaint for you, or you can send the watch by post to the address of an authorized service. The advantage here is that the complaint will be handled about a week earlier.

By mail to the address of the authorized service. Here the advantage is that the complaint will be processed approximately a week earlier.
Address of the authorized service:
On request, you will be provided with the addresses of specific brands and their contacts.
It is enough to include the warranty card (the booklet included in the watch box), a letter describing the defect and contact information with the watch. When sending the watch by mail, we recommend that you pack the watch appropriately and insure the package.
By return shipment at the Post Office:
- ideally pack the watch in the original packaging so that it arrives undamaged,
- take the shipment to any Post Office drop-off point and report the return code (identifier) to the operator: 92194812 (this code can only be used in connection with complaints, not for returning the watch in case of withdrawal from the contract)
