• Inaddition to heart rate, the watch also continuously measures step count, distance walked, calories burned, sleep duration and quality throughout the day. Basic data can be viewed on the watch's display, but we recommend using the Garmin Connect app for a detailed assessment of recorded data.
• Data field: The color, non-touch display used is economical and great to read in direct sunlight. Unlike many other smartwatches, the data does not fade and is always visible. In the event of darkness or twilight, the display can be backlit and the intensity level can be individually adjusted. The numerical data that the watch displays during sporting activity is in a distinctive font and is very easy to read. The number of data fields and the size of the displayed data can be easily adjusted so that the display shows the values you want to monitor and at the same time is displayed in a size that suits you.
• Weatherinformation: - In conjunction with a mobile phone, the watch can display detailed information about the current weather, hourly forecast, forecast for the next 4 days or the temperature and humidity trend.

• Route navigation. You can search and plan routes in the Garmin Connect app, for example, but also on other platforms such as Strava, Komoot or Mapy.cz, and then automatically transfer the routes to the watch's memory.

• Race Widget: Based on your knowledge of the date and nature of the race, Race Widget automatically prepares a personalised training plan towards your scheduled race. The training will be prepared day by day, including a general explanation of the different stages of preparation
